RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Lawlor's Custom Sportswear will gladly accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Simply bring the merchandise you would like to return to the customer service desk of any Lawlor's store near you.  Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.  If a credit or dedit card was used for the purchase, it must be presented to process the return.  In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund will be issued across all payment methods used.  All returned items must have the tags attached along with the original sales receipt.  Merchandise returned after 30 days or without the original sales receipt will be refunded with store credit (these returns will require a valid photo ID).  Returns or exchanges without a receipt will be credited at the lowest offered selling price.  Items purchased with a Lawlor's gift card can be exchanged or refunded for store credit.  Returns that are accompanied with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Red-tagged items are not eligible for refunds.

ONLINE PURCHASES

RETURNING IN STORE

Simply bring the merchandise you would like to return along with the credit or debit card you used for your purchase to the customer service desk of any Lawlor's store near you.

RETURNING BY MAIL

When mailing a return, please complete the form that accompanied your purchase and include it with the merchandise being returned.  Customers are responsible for the return postage.  Unfortunately we cannot refund the original shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error made by Lawlor's or if your item was damaged during shipping.  We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item by mail, follow the procedure on the return form to order any new items.  If the total of your exchange exceeds the value of your return, you will need to provide a method of payment.  In some cases, the return and exchange transactions may need to be processed as two seperate transactions.

SPIRIT WEAR PURCHASES

Due to the customization process, items purchased as part of a spirit wear store (or similar custom online store) are not able to be returned or refunded.
