RETURNS & EXCHANGES


IN-STORE PURCHASES

Lawlor's Custom Sportswear will gladly accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase.  Bring the item(s) and your receipt to the customer service desk of any Lawlor's store near you.  Items can be exchanged or a refund will be issued to the original form of payment:

  • Credit/debit purchases will be credited back to the original card
  • Cash purchases will be given back in the form of cash
  • Gift card purchases/gift receipts will be refunded with a gift card

**If you do not have a receipt, or if your purchase is past 30 days, merchandise can be evenly exchanged or store credit will be issued**

ONLINE PURCHASES

Lawlor's Custom Sportswear will gladly accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase.  Items can be exchanged or a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

At a Store

Bring the item(s) and your receipt (or provide the order confirmation email) to the customer service desk of any Lawlor's store near you.

By Mail

Return the item(s) using the shipping method of your choice to Lawlor's main retail store.  Include a copy of your receipt (or provide the order confirmation email).  Indicate the item(s) being returned or exchanged and specifiy the replacement item name, size, and/or color.

SPIRIT WEAR PURCHASES

Due to the nature of the customization process, items purchased as part of a spirit wear store (or similar custom online store) are not able to be returned or refunded.

 

**PLEASE NOTE:  All red-tagged item purchases are non-refundable.  We will gladly acccept exchanges or store credit will be issued.**
